Job Requirements: –
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent years of hands-on experience
Years of experience of at least 1 – 3 years
Knowledge in MCSA 2016 & CCNA
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Proficiency in English
Installation, debugging and maintenance of office equipment and software
Experience in IT asset management and purchasing
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
