Sales Team Leader
- Generate new customer leads through various channels.
- Proactively identify sales prospects and peruse business development activities.
- Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms when applicable.
- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sale/rental listings.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate business.
- Achieve monthly sales target assigned on various products.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
- 6 – 9 years of experience working in the same field or related.
Job-specific Skills:
- B.A in Economics or business or Business Administration
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language
- Excellent computer skills
