Sales Team Leader

  • Generate new customer leads through various channels.
  • Proactively identify sales prospects and peruse business development activities.
  • Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms when applicable.
  • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sale/rental listings.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to generate business.
  • Achieve monthly sales target assigned on various products.


Minimum Experience:

  • 6 – 9 years of experience working in the same field or related.

Job-specific Skills:

  • B.A in Economics or business or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic language
  • Excellent computer skills
